Roughly it is about week 7. Today I taped in. I lost 1/4 inch from waist & 1/4 inch from each thigh. Stone walled! Time to amp up more cardio because now I have the hardest to lose from left- tummy, thighs, & butt! In 7 weeks I have removed 12.5 inches from my body! Here are week 7 progress pics! Getting there slowly, but surely!
